Appointment

What to expect

Together we can make the difference

Referral

  • To initiate an appointment, please consult your General Practitioner (GP) to send us a referral for processing.

Processing

  • Upon receiving your referral, our psychiatrist will review it and determine if we are the right fit to address your concerns.
  • If the nature of your referral is unclear, our team will contact you for more information and to complete a form.

Booking

  • Upon accepting the referral, our team will contact you to discuss the fees, complete a new client registration form, provide you questionnaires to complete, and inform you of any additional support documents required before the appointment.
  • There is no obligation to follow through if you change your mind. If you agree with the plan to proceed following any enquiries, our team will assist you in scheduling an appointment (either face-to-face or telehealth).
  • A small deposit will/may be collected and will be deducted from your initial appointment and forfeited if you miss the appointment without sufficient prior notice (48 hours in advance).
  • Our team will forward a Telehealth link if you choose to have your appointment via Telehealth.

Important reminders

  • Please forward any requested or suggested support documents (preferably 1 week prior but no later than 48 hours before your appointment), as this will prevent any delay in your diagnostic process and treatment plan.
  • A text reminder will be sent to your mobile phone to remind you of your upcoming appointment.
